Frequently asked questions
Can I bring any of my own props?
If you have a special item of sentimental value you’d like me to include in a few images( ie A shawl loving knitted by Grandma), please do bring it along. I’ll do my best to include it for you.
What should I/we wear?
Anything that you feel comfortable and confident in!
Try to avoid anything with too big a pattern though, Plain colours tend to look best for more classic timeless photos.
Do have a think about co-ordinating colours or shades of the same colour for family groups but dont overthink it, a simple white blouse/ t shirt and Jeans can look just as perfect for a relaxed feel.
For cake smashes, always remember they will get very messy! Which is why most parents go for simply nappy pants or simple outfits for the cake smashing part. Ask me about my selection of outfits available. I also advise that parents don't wear their best clothes either in case baby wants a cuddle mid mess!

My Home studio is at 96a Marshall Road , Rainham, Kent ME8 0AN
Can I have an outdoor shoot?
Yes you can. In fact family shoots with young children can often work better as it allows them the space to run and have fun leading to more natural smiles. We are blessed with many lovely green spaces locally that we can arrange your shoot in.
What happens after the shoot?
After the shoot I will spend time editing your photos then around a week later you will receive an email with details about how to view and choose the images included in your package and how to order any additional ones too.
